Visit
The Watkinson Library is open to all visitors Monday through Friday from 9-4. If you wish to use our collections for research, we ask that you to email [email protected] set up an appointment.The Watkinson closes from 12-1:30 for lunch daily and is closed on weekends.
In addition to these in person services, all Watkinson staff are also available remotely (email, video, audio) for teaching support and research questions from the general public and Trinity College students, faculty, and staff. Watkinson staff can also conduct Introduction to Special Collections and Archives sessions via Zoom and be available to support online classes with digital primary sources.
Gallery and Exhibit Spaces
Watkinson Library and College Archives has a number of gallery and exhibit spaces available for public viewing. These are located throughout Raether Library and Information Technology Center and include the Level A Gallery, the Englehard Reading Room, the Long Walk entrance, and the 1823 Room. They can be viewed during Raether LITC open hours.
Directions
The Watkinson Library is on the main level of Trinity College’s Raether Library and Information Technology Center. Maps and directions to the Raether Library are available on the Trinity College website.
Parking
Parking is available for campus visitors in the lots located along Ferris Roadway as well as along Summit Street. Visitors should fill out and display on their dashboard a visitor parking permit.
